Account Director

will be based Seattle, WA or Raleigh, NC.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Lead strategic initiatives to integrate renewable energy into transmission systems

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver grid modernization projects

Analyze system performance and recommend optimization strategies

Develop and maintain relationships with key utility and industry stakeholders

Support digital transformation efforts across grid operations

Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable energy solutions

Present technical insights and strategic recommendations to leadership

Drive innovation in grid reliability and resilience

Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your Background

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a business‑related discipline required. MBA preferred.

12+ years of account management experience preferred.

5+ years of working with data center customers—preferably hyperscale clients.

Experience across multiple products, customers, countries, and market segments.

Proven ability to work in a matrixed team environment.

Strong motivation and influence skills.

Experience with sales, problem resolution, and relationship building.

Strong business acumen.

Travel required.

Must already have U.S. work authorization.

Salary range : $148,200.00 – $222,400.00 USD annually, pending professional experience and work location.
