Position Overview As a
Commercial Leasing and Investment Advisor
at Sido Miami Real Estate, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the complexities of leasing commercial properties and advising on investment opportunities. Your expertise in the Miami commercial real estate market, combined with your ability to identify and seize profitable opportunities, will be key in driving business growth. You will work with a variety of clients, from investors to business owners, helping them optimize their portfolios and secure the best leasing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leasing:
Actively source and negotiate commercial leasing opportunities for office, retail, and industrial properties. Work with tenants and landlords to negotiate terms, renewals, and lease structures.
Investment Advisory:
Advise clients on investment opportunities, helping them identify properties with strong potential for appreciation, cash flow, and long-term growth. Analyze market trends, demographics, and financial data to guide investment decisions.
Market Research:
Stay informed about the latest market trends, property values, vacancy rates, and commercial development in the Miami area. Provide clients with up-to-date and strategic market insights.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, investors, and other real estate professionals. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the leasing and investment process.
Negotiation and Deal Structuring:
Work closely with clients to structure favorable lease agreements and investment deals. Lead negotiations and ensure the best terms are achieved for all parties involved.
Portfolio Management:
Assist clients in managing their commercial real estate portfolios, offering guidance on acquisitions, dispositions, and lease renewals.
Due Diligence:
Conduct thorough due diligence for investment opportunities, including financial analysis, risk assessments, and property inspections.
Marketing and Branding:
Promote available commercial spaces and investment opportunities through various marketing channels, including online platforms, industry events, and direct outreach.
Qualifications
Experience:
1-3+ years of experience in commercial leasing, investment advisory, or related real estate fields
Skills:
Strong negotiation skills, market analysis abilities, and a deep understanding of commercial real estate contracts
Tech‑Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, real estate platforms (e.g., LoopNet, CoStar, MLS), and financial modeling tools
Client‑Focused:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑first mentality
Analytical:
Ability to analyze complex financial data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
Self‑Motivated:
Ability to work independently, manage multiple deals simultaneously, and meet performance goals
