Pay:
$117,600.00/yr - $156,400.00/yr
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Consultant to drive the annual enterprise-wide initiative planning process, including budget forecasting and authorized position management. This role also leads special programs for the Office of the CTO. The Senior Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to business units and IS, managing cross‑functional processes and programs that support business transformation and long‑term planning.
What you’ll do
Lead strategic and tactical planning sessions with IS and business units.
Conduct research and analysis to guide project direction and decision‑making.
Align business and technology roadmaps annually through documentation and collaboration.
Lead initiative cost estimation and budgeting efforts for annual planning cycles.
Analyze initiative budget forecasts and compile executive narratives and financial schedules. Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders across all levels.
Drive planning and reporting cycles, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Partner with Finance on capital planning and depreciation schedules.
Champion adherence to project methodology standards and tools.
Maintain and reconcile Position Management data and tools.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
6+ years managing IS processes and/or role in technology consulting and/or business development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and solve complex problems.
Proven capacity to self‑direct and drive multiple priorities to completion timely, ensuring quality outcomes with limited oversight.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver results.
Focused on process improvement opportunities.
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
Understanding of core budgeting, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
Experience with Jira and SharePoint.
Preferred Certifications
PMP or equivalent program management certification.
PMI‑Agile, Scrum, or related certifications.
