Ventus Solutions is seeking a skilled Fleet Introduction and Training Lead to support an innovative program. The ideal candidate in this role offers a unique opportunity to shape how next-generation undersea weapons are introduced to the Fleet—bridging the gap between engineering development and operational employment. The candidate will develop training materials, tactics briefs, and user documentation tailored to submarine, surface, and aviation Anti Submarine Warfare (ASW) communities. As an integrator between engineering teams, acquisition offices, and Fleet stakeholders, you will ensure smooth capability adoption. The candidate will coordinate feedback loops from Fleet exercise and early operations to refine training and sustainment materials. You will play a hands‑on role in planning Fleet demonstrations and operational evaluations, ensuring smooth capability adoption across the Navy’s warfighting domains. To be excellent at this position you must be an experienced operational leader or systems integrator with both technical understanding and Fleet perspective. Travel:

Required Experience

12–20 years of relevant experience in Navy operations, acquisition, or systems integration.

Demonstrated experience in Fleet training, sustainment, or introduction of new systems.

Proven ability to work independently, identify needs, and take initiative in a dynamic program environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and operational communities.

Bachelor’s degree.

Active Secret Clearance.

Desired Experience

Former Submarine or Surface Warfare Officer or equivalent operational background.

Experience with ASW systems, undersea weapons, or Fleet introduction programs.

Prior experience supporting PEO UWS, Team Submarines, or NAVSEA program offices.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Master’s degree.

Top Secret Clearance.
