Vice President of People Operations – Frazer Jones Representing a fast‑growing, multi‑site security services provider, we are leading the search for a Vice President of People Operations. The newly created role will lead the strategic evolution of HR practices and culture across a scaling workforce.

Location:

Tulsa or Oklahoma City, with travel across multiple sites (Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas) required.

Base Pay:

$160,000 – $180,000 per year, with total compensation up to $200,000.

Responsibilities

Partner with the executive team to align people strategy with business goals.

Lead HR operations across talent, performance, compensation, benefits, and compliance.

Drive cultural initiatives that promote engagement, inclusion, and high performance.

Oversee implementation of a new HRIS and payroll system.

Manage compensation benchmarking and benefits strategy ahead of 2026 changes.

Support leadership development and employee growth programs.

Advise on employee relations and conflict resolution.

Lead a small team of HR and culture professionals, focusing on development and upskilling.

Maintain operational consistency and strong relationships across sites.

Qualifications

Strategic HR leader with 7+ years of progressive experience in People Operations.

Experience scaling HR functions within mid‑sized, multi‑location businesses (150–500 employees).

Background in construction, labor services, or project‑based environments preferred.

Strong working knowledge of payroll and benefits administration (certified payroll a plus).

Familiarity with UKG or ADP systems, and tools like monday.com and Canva.

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate healthy debate.

Willingness to be on‑site five days a week and travel across Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas.
