Key Responsibilities: Analyze and report on the financial performance of existing real estate investments. Collaborate with senior management and portfolio teams to develop investment strategies and valuations. Assist in underwriting potential financing and disposition transactions. Build a working knowledge of assets, including leasing, budgeting, reforecasting, and waterfall structures. Prepare detailed financial models and sensitivity analyses. Support additional projects and travel to inspect target assets and markets as needed.
Qualifications: 12 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related financial field, with experience in the real estate sector. Strong academic credentials from a top undergraduate business program, preferably with a major in finance, economics, or real estate. Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with research databases such as Argus and other financial applications. Willingness to work long hours and travel domestically and internationally as required. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in both in-person and virtual environments.
