Catholic Charities of Baltimore is currently seeking a TA Coordinator to drive full-cycle talent acquisition activities supporting the hiring of qualified candidates. This hybrid role works Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.

Job Responsibilities

Receives, tracks, and manages draft requisition request forms, guaranteeing all required details are completed and processed within 2-3 business days to prevent delays.

Manages and updates job posting drafts, maintaining consistency, accuracy, and alignment with current classifications and compensation standards.

Creates engaging and compliant job postings reflecting the organization’s mission and values to attract qualified applicants.

Clones draft requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), verifying that all system data is accurate and postings are active within 2-3 business days.

Maintains ongoing communication with hiring managers to ensure requisitions are accurate and timely, supporting efficient hiring cycles.

Prepares, extends, and documents job offers as directed by Talent Acquisition Partners, verifying accuracy, compliance, and delivery within 24 hours of selection approval.

Hires candidates in UKG following internal hiring procedures, ensuring data integrity and seamless transition into onboarding workflow.

Provides candidates with guidance on pre‑employment requirements and next steps, delivering onboarding packages in a timely manner.

Monitors and manages the Talent Acquisition email inbox, responding timely and delegating as needed.

Serves as a point of contact for candidates regarding their recruitment journey, providing accurate and courteous communication.

Plans, coordinates, and attends job fairs, community recruitment events, and campus career activities, ensuring materials are prepared and available in advance.

Collaborates with colleges and universities to coordinate Talent Acquisition Partner attendance at career fairs and on‑campus recruitment efforts.

Writes and sends personalized welcome cards to new hires.

Assists in initiatives that enhance candidate engagement and employer branding.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements

Associate’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.

Three (3) years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition.

Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) systems such as UKG, Taleo, ICIMS, etc.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Required Skills & Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.

Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Discretion and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

Effective prioritization of tasks, managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Windows PC, web browsing, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive).

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Hybrid work options available, contingent upon business needs.

Repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, or fingers, including typing and data entry.

Standing or sitting for extended periods, walking, and light lifting up to 20 lbs.

Assessment of work accuracy, neatness, and completeness required.

Communication with others, both verbal and written, using electronic methods.
