Role And Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a variety of manufacturing roles, including reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating and closing requisitions.

Maintain a pipeline of at least 10 active requisitions while delivering high quality hires.

Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, craft engaging job descriptions, define efficient recruitment strategies and calibrate candidates and department needs.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through creative sourcing strategies, networking, and a variety of recruiting tools.

Serve as the candidate point of contact throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience with clear communication.

Maintain accurate and timely data in ATS systems such as Greenhouse and Workday.

Collab with Human Resources during the offer process and throughout background checks.

Provide updates and reporting on hiring activity.

Assist with market and compensation analysis, as well as competitor insights to guide decision making for job postings and offers.

Partner with the recruiting team for project, process, and interview training.

Assist with other administrative tasks or support other functions as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition within a technical industry; or high school diploma with 7 years of experience.

Minimum 1 year of full‑cycle recruiting experience in an agency or high‑volume corporate environment focused on manufacturing, defense, aerospace, or technology roles.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience using an ATS system such as Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, or similar.

Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, Dice, and other sourcing platforms.

Must be a U.S. Person (citizen or permanent resident) due to client federal contract requirements.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Office environment, campus recruiting, career fairs, etc.

Must be able to lift equipment up to 20 lbs.

Compensation CA Pay Range: $80,000 – $100,000 USD. The pay range is not a guarantee and will vary depending on candidate experience and qualifications.
