What You’ll Do
Architect and design
enterprise-level AEM solutions
tailored to insurance business needs.
Lead end-to-end implementation: component design, template development, backend integration.
Define
best practices
for AEM development, deployment, and governance.
Mentor developers and guide teams on
modern AEM architecture
and reusable components.
Ensure
performance, scalability, and security
in compliance with insurance regulations.
Support
pre-sales and solutioning
activities with domain-aligned strategies.
Drive delivery excellence, team engagement, and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
12–15 years in IT , with
4–5 years as AEM Architect .
Hands-on experience with
Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Assets, Forms .
Expertise in
Headful, Headless, and Hybrid AEM implementations .
Strong Java/J2EE, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript skills; modern front-end frameworks.
Familiarity with
DevOps, CI/CD pipelines , and cloud hosting for AEM.
Adobe Certified Master
AEM Architect
preferred.
Insurance domain experience highly desirable.
Nice to Have
AEM Cloud migration expertise.
Knowledge of TOGAF or architectural frameworks.
Integration experience with ERP (SAP, D365, Netsuite), CRM, and commerce platforms.
Exposure to
Adobe Target, Analytics, RTCDP, AJO, Workfront .
