If you're passionate about science, flavors, and quality, this is your opportunity to excel. This position operates on 3rd shift from 10 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Your Role: Quality Crusader:

Ensure that our products exceed high standards by performing microbiological and sensory tests. Innovator at Work:

Tackle quality issues swiftly and efficiently, collaborating with the production team. Safety & Standards Enforcer:

Maintain rigorous health, safety, and regulatory standards in the lab. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, good manufacturing practices (GMPs), and job specifications. Conduct daily line checks and sample collections to monitor production quality. Communicate effectively with production personnel about adjustments and coding verification. Maintain and calibrate lab instruments and equipment. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lab environment. Complete necessary documentation accurately. Verify and analyze batch attributes, completing batch approvals for production. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and prioritization skills. Work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Participate in quality checks for ingredients and maintain sample libraries. Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree in chemistry or related field is a plus. Experience in laboratory or quality control, preferably in the Food and Beverage industry. Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures is essential. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail are necessary. Effective communication skills and proficiency in basic math are required. Ability to adapt to changing priorities based on business needs. Basic computer skills for data entry and document management. Must achieve Food Safety Training qualification. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, reaching, and bending. Visual acuity for measuring and analyzing samples.
