Mission We’re looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to fuel our marketing engine. If you love data‑driven strategies, live for A/B testing, and have a knack for crafting high‑performing paid ad campaigns, keep reading. This role is all about driving growth—you’ll be managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels, optimizing landing pages, and working closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to fine‑tune the full customer journey. This isn’t just about generating leads—it’s about nurturing them from first touch to conversion and beyond. You’ll also experiment with new channels (think TikTok, Pinterest, and programmatic ads), push creative boundaries, and stay ahead of digital marketing trends.

What you’ll be doing

Own and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, and emerging platforms to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

Develop and execute full‑funnel marketing strategies that nurture leads from awareness to conversion.

Collaborate with content and SEO teams to refine landing pages, optimize intake forms, and create compelling ad creatives.

Analyze performance data to track KPIs, uncover insights, and make data‑driven decisions.

Work cross‑functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to create a seamless customer journey.

Test, test, and test again. Run A/B tests on ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI across multiple platforms.

Track multi‑touchpoint attribution to measure the impact of paid media across the full customer lifecycle.

Automate and optimize workflows to improve efficiency in campaign management and lead nurturing.

Stay ahead of industry trends and experiment with new platforms, ad formats, and targeting strategies.

Qualifications

Hero Preferred Skills

SEO & content marketing knowledge—experience optimizing blogs, landing pages, and intake forms for both paid and organic traffic.

Familiarity with AI tools for campaign automation and efficiency.

Comfortable working in WebFlow and familiar with creating landing pages.

Experience working at or with marketing agencies (especially B2B and lead‑driven clients).

A track record of experimenting with new paid channels like TikTok, Pinterest, and programmatic ads.
