About the role We are currently seeking a Mid-Level DoN Jupiter Developer to support NAVWAR HQ Command clients in San Diego, CA. The Mid-Level DoN Jupiter Developer position will provide analysis and consulting to help support government clients with a wide range of data-related challenges, ranging from improving mission outcomes, measuring risk, optimizing financial decisions, to strengthening data management approaches. Analyze data to recommend efficiencies, policy changes and improved outcomes. Develop, build, and implement solutions (databases & applications) to automate common processes, facilitate efficient decentralized capture of business data, write queries for effective isolation of relevant data, and develop user forms that provide an intuitive user interface. Apply a passion for people and problem solving to help enable clients to better leverage a wide range of technology and data management tools to support more timely and efficient government outcomes. This position will be working with a team of consultants, as well as independent direct tasking and communication with clients daily. We are looking for candidates that are available to begin support immediately. Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. Clearance Leve: Existing Secret Clearance required. Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in backend report development. Experience working with SAP/Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) systems. Proficiency with Jupiter and Qlik reporting tools. Experience with relational data structures and database architecture. Experience documenting functional and technical requirements. Experience synthesizing multiple sources of input (.txt, .csv, .xlsx) and performing data transformation routines. Technical Skills: Experience with at least one query programming language (e.g., SQL, M Code, R). Familiarity with secure data environments and classified systems. Core Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize backend reports using Jupiter and Qlik platforms. Integrate and extract data from SAP/N-ERP systems to support reporting requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report performance and data integrity. Document technical specifications, workflows, and reporting standards. Desired Skills & Experience

Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Power BI). Previous experience in accounting, consulting, government finance, NAVWAR financial systems. Familiarity with the government Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. Prior experience supporting DoD or U.S. Navy programs. Professional Characteristics
