Strategic Ledger Migration Across Reconciliations SVP
Citigroup Inc., Tampa, Florida, us, 33646
Overview
Description Global Reconciliation Utility (GRU) provides a streamlined operating model that delivers a scalable and controlled service offering, supporting reconciliations across the Operations balance sheet globally. GRU supports products across a variety of lines of business, such as Services, Markets, Lending, Private Bank, Wealth, etc. While GRU provides robust ongoing reconciliation controls, it also drives continuous improvement across manual touch points (MTPs), change management across automation, and provides completeness control for the balance sheet. Citi is moving to a single Strategic Ledger platform to provide a single source of books and records and streamlined Finance processing and controls. The successful candidate will be part of the GRU’s Strategic Ledger Implementation team. The team is responsible for end-to-end impact assessment of Strategic Ledger migration on reconciliations, and to ensure Strategic Ledger provides all the required data without compromising reconciliations downstream. This requires review of the current reconciliations landscape across Operations Lines of Business (LOB), and coordination with stakeholders to design and map end-to-end processes and flows of transactions/events/journals to complete the impact assessment. This entails close partnership with Change Management, Finance, and other Balance Sheet and Control teams. Post impact assessment, the candidate will provide requirements to the Strategic Ledger Program (SLP) and oversee the associated recon rebuild/update to ensure reconciliations maintain data integrity and do not increase Manual Touch Points. In the implementation stage, participate in working groups, testing, analysis and successful migration. Responsibilities
