Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A well-established personal injury law firm based in Chattanooga, Tennessee is seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney to handle car accident and premises liability cases. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice in Tennessee, with additional licensure in Georgia considered a plus. This role is well-suited for an attorney with strong litigation skills who is eager to grow in a collaborative environment with support, resources, and mentorship from experienced practitioners in the field of personal injury law.
