Personal Injury Trial Attorney

Job Overview: A growing personal injury law firm based in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking an experienced and driven Trial Attorney to join its litigation team. This fully remote role is ideal for a self-motivated litigator with a passion for courtroom advocacy and a proven track record of first-chair trial experience. Location: Duties: Serve as first-chair trial counsel in personal injury cases from pre-trial through verdict Manage a caseload involving auto accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, and premises liability Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations Develop and execute case strategies, including trial preparation and courtroom presentation Prepare legal documents such as motions, trial briefs, and exhibits Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the internal team Collaborate remotely with attorneys and support staff to ensure timely case progression Requirements: 3–5 years of litigation experience Demonstrated experience serving as first-chair in personal injury trials Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision Strong courtroom presence and trial advocacy skills Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Certifications: Active license to practice law in Florida (required) Georgia Bar admission (preferred, not required) Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong negotiation and litigation skills Highly organized with effective time-management capabilities Ability to work independently in a remote environment Client-focused with a commitment to achieving justice for the injured Fully remote position with flexible scheduling Supportive, collaborative team culture Professional development through trial-focused responsibilities Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives Company info BCG Attorney Search 801 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900 Miami Florida United States 33131 Phone :
