Terra Green is a full-service landscape company that is driven by its mission and core values. In order to better fulfill their mission, the company is in search for a highly motivated future team member interested in being a member of the Landscape and Enhancement team.

SUMMARY This position works as a member of a Landscape and Enhancement team and is responsible for leading a crew of fellow team members in providing quality landscapes. The supervisor will lead projects that include mulch installation, annual flower installation, pruning, aeration and seeding, and other landscaping enhancement projects for both our residential and commercial clients. Basic planting knowledge is needed. Applicant must be able to lift 50 pounds, be willing to work outdoors year-round and have reliable transportation. A minimum of one year experience is required. This is a full-time permanent position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES Lead 2-3-member landscaping install crews Communicate well with manager and crew members Oversee and install various landscape enhancement projects (planting flowers, mulch, pine-needles, pruning, aeration and seeding, etc.) Ability to train and equip others under their supervision Proficiency with mobile devices (clocking-in-and-out of the job, taking and send pictures, sending texts and emails, etc.) Ensure a clean and safe worksite for both employees and clients Properly maintain assigned vehicle and equipment Requirements:
