Recruiter - Go-to-Market Strategy & Operations
Remote - 6 months contract
PR: $40-$50

This is a strategic recruiting role focused on supporting the Go-to-Market team, including Sales Ops, Rev Ops, and Enablement. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, and hiring for critical roles. The ideal candidate is execution-focused but also highly strategic, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
The staffing industry has seen an increase in people falsely representing themselves as recruiters to gather personal information from job seekers. Recruiter - Go-to-Market Strategy & Operations

Must-Haves
- Experience recruiting for Go-to-Market Strategy & Operations roles, including:
- Revenue Operations Manager
- Sales Analyst
- Strategy Manager
- Strong strategic mindset; able to ask tough questions and push back when needed
- Comfortable with self-sourcing candidates, especially for hard-to-fill strategy roles
- Ability to manage mid to high-level roles (Directors, Managers)
- Able to handle 7+ open requisitions at a time
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn recruiter and Greenhouse ATS
- Previous experience managing full cycle recruiting for permanent positions
