As a trusted financial leader, you will guide budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, and compliance across the property while championing efficiency and accountability across departments. This is an opportunity to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your insights will directly impact the operational and strategic direction of the business.
Responsibilities
Lead and maintain rigorous financial controls across all operational areas. Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts to ownership and senior management. Manage accounting for multiple entities and outlets, ensuring transparency and accuracy. Develop and manage annual budgets; support departmental heads in financial planning. Oversee audits, internal controls, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Drive cost control and ROI analysis for capital projects and operational improvements. Support strategic planning through financial modeling and operational analysis. Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with external partners on risk and insurance programs. Provide financial training and support across departments. Seniority level
