Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Develop and implement sales strategies, manage key client relationships, drive pipeline creation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance performance. Identify new business opportunities, expand market reach, and ensure customer satisfaction. Coach and cultivate a consultative, insight-driven sales approach. Present and demonstrate products/services, communicating features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective customers. Understand customer problems through research and articulate how Genesys solves them beyond features alone. Build and maintain customer relationships, provide excellent service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities; continuously expand product knowledge.

Qualifications

BS degree or equivalent work experience 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales 5 years direct management experience in enterprise software sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets Proven ability to increase new logos and expand business Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks Willingness to learn and develop sales skills and product knowledge

Compensation

This role has a market-competitive base salary with a range of $148,200.00 - $275,200.00, plus potential commission or performance-based bonuses. Actual salaries vary based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
