Position Summary KNS International is seeking a visionary

Vice President of Marketing

to lead the company’s holistic marketing strategy across all brands and channels. This creative and strategic leader will oversee brand marketing, creative, digital, social, PR, and performance marketing — uniting these disciplines into a powerful, integrated engine that fuels growth and elevates brand equity.

We’re looking for a

creative rock star

who thrives in a high-growth, fast-moving environment, blending right-brain storytelling with left-brain analytics to drive measurable results. This leader will ensure consistent brand voice and identity across every consumer touchpoint — from digital campaigns and social engagement to retail sell-in and influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the holistic marketing strategy across four distinct footwear brands, driving growth in DTC, drop ship, wholesale, and marketplace channels.

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that blend creative storytelling with data-driven insights to maximize ROI across all channels (digital, social, PR, influencer, paid media, content, etc.).

Oversee all creative planning and development, including brand identity, content production, and campaign execution, ensuring a consistent and compelling presence across websites, social media, and retail partners.

Amplify brand positioning and voice, working cross-functionally with Brand Presidents to ensure each brand has a distinct voice that is represented across channels.

Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including internal talent and agency partners, fostering collaboration, creativity, and accountability.

Oversee media strategy and spend—across performance, paid social, influencer, PR, and traditional media—to ensure optimal allocation and measurable business impact.

Measure and report on performance metrics, optimizing campaigns and investments to drive awareness, traffic, conversion, and profitability.

Act as a thought partner to the CEO and executive team on long-term brand growth, creative strategy, and organizational evolution.

What We’re Looking For

15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally within consumer, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

Proven success leading multi-channel, integrated marketing strategies that drive growth across DTC and wholesale.

Deep experience in creative direction, digital marketing, brand storytelling, social media, and PR.

Strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and consumer journey optimization.

Experience managing significant marketing budgets and making data-informed investment decisions.

Excellent leadership and communication skills — a team builder who inspires and motivates creative and analytical talent alike.

Strategic thinker with the ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Location & Schedule Location:

Draper, Utah — Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently local.

Work Schedule:

Hybrid role with in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
