Overview Looking for an experienced Lead Bartender who embodies professionalism, hospitality, and expertise in cocktail creation. You will have prior experience leading a team in day-to-day operations and will support the Team & Beverage Director in creating innovative cocktails, training and mentoring the bar team, managing inventory, and cultivating a positive culture for both employees and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Provide an experience to customers that displays warmth and hospitality — expertly and efficiently.
Collaborate with the Beverage Director on cocktail creation, ensure consistent drink quality, and maintain high hospitality standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop the bar team through ongoing training, fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment.
Oversee daily bar operations, support inventory control, and keep operational tools such as shift checklists, recipes, and training materials up to date.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism; set high standards for the team, inspiring pride in their work and adherence to Piccino values and principles.
