to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to start in a supervisory position with a clear pathway for growth into restaurant management. Job Summary: The Restaurant Supervisor will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, and leading front-of-house staff. This position is perfect for someone with strong serving experience and a desire to develop their leadership skills further. Key Responsibilities: Supervise front-of-house staff to ensure seamless daily operations. Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and hospitality. Create exceptional guest experiences, talking to customers, and creating regulars Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance management. Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently. Support management with scheduling, inventory control, and operational tasks. Maintain and uphold company standards, policies, and procedures. Qualifications: Minimum 2
years of serving/bartending experience
in a high-volume restaurant setting. Previous supervisory or management experience in a full-service restaurant is
preferred . Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet. Passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence. What We Offer: Salary up range between
