This is a unique opportunity for a strategic, entrepreneurial financial leader to shape the growth and financial trajectory of a dynamic portfolio of high-impact businesses. The CFO will serve as a key partner to the CEO, driving financial strategy, supporting M&A and investment activity, and providing hands-on leadership across a diverse group of ventures. It’s an ideal fit for a finance executive with experience in high-growth environments, venture-backed or PE-backed businesses, and a strong understanding of healthcare or related industries. Key Responsibilities For The Chief Financial Officer Lead the financial strategy and execution across the corporate and portfolio level. Partner with the CEO and leadership team to evaluate M&A opportunities, investments, and new ventures. Build and oversee accounting, FP&A, and treasury functions to support scale and operational excellence. Develop and maintain best-in-class reporting, forecasting, and compliance frameworks. Provide financial modeling and analysis to guide capital allocation and portfolio decision-making. Oversee integration and performance tracking of acquisitions and strategic investments. Serve as a key liaison to investors, boards, and external advisors, ensuring clear and transparent financial communication. Mentor and develop finance leaders across portfolio companies, fostering collaboration and accountability. Qualifications For The Chief Financial Officer 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience (CFO, VP Finance, or similar). Background in venture capital, private equity, M&A, or corporate development preferred. Proven ability to lead and scale high-growth or multi-entity organizations. Strong understanding of healthcare or adjacent sectors, including regulatory and financial nuances. Exceptional analytical, strategic, and communication skills. CPA, CFA, or MBA strongly preferred.
