CFO

will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, driving financial performance, shaping growth strategy, and leading M&A and investment initiatives. Your Impact as Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As The CFO, You Will Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, budgeting, and reporting for multiple portfolio companies Develop and execute corporate finance strategy to drive profitability, capital efficiency, and growth Lead M&A, venture investments, and new business launches Build and manage a high-performing finance team and scalable financial infrastructure Partner closely with executive leadership to drive long-term strategy and organizational growth Establish financial systems, controls, and policies aligned with best practices and compliance standards Serve as the financial advisor to the CEO, Board, and investors, providing insights on performance and opportunities Qualifications

Required: 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including prior CFO or VP of Finance roles Proven track record scaling high-growth or multi-entity organizations Experience in healthcare, venture capital, or M&A environments Strong background in strategic finance, capital planning, and organizational development Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive presence Preferred: CPA, CFA, or MBA Experience with venture-backed or private equity–owned companies Background in healthcare staffing or related industries Why You’ll Love This Role
