This is a unique opportunity to lead financial strategy across multiple ventures with both domestic and international presence. Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on CFO to shape the financial strategy for a diverse portfolio of ventures. This role combines corporate finance leadership, operational excellence, and strategic growth responsibilities, including M&A, venture investments, and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will bring venture capital experience, a track record of scaling high-growth companies, and healthcare industry expertise. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute financial strategy across the organization and its portfolio companies Partner with the CEO and executive team on M&A opportunities, strategic investments, and new venture launches Provide financial modeling, insights, and guidance to support capital allocation, fundraising, and growth initiatives Advise on valuation, structuring, and integration of acquisitions or joint ventures Oversee finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, and reporting functions across multiple entities Implement strong financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance frameworks Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and treasury operations Monitor portfolio company performance and provide actionable recommendations to drive operational improvements Serve as a key liaison to investors, board members, and external advisors, ensuring transparent and timely financial communication Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements Support portfolio companies with financial strategy, operational best practices, and capital planning Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across the organization Qualifications
10+ years of senior finance leadership experience, ideally as CFO, VP Finance, or Director-level Experience with venture capital, private equity, M&A, or corporate development, preferably in healthcare or related industries Proven track record of scaling high-growth companies and managing multi-entity organizations Strong understanding of healthcare markets, regulatory environments, and financial metrics Exceptional analytical, strategic, and communication skills CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred Why This Role
