The Technical Marketing Director will be responsible for driving AOS's technical marketing strategy and customer engagement for the Power IC (PIC) Product Line. This role plays a key part in strengthening AOS's technical relationships with leading SoC and OEM partners to expand our position in the AI datacenter market. The incumbent will lead deep technical discussions with key customers, define product requirements for new product introductions (NPI), and collaborate with design and applications engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and validation of AOS's power management solutions. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical interface between AOS's PIC Product Line and major SoC and OEM customers, leading deep-dive technical discussions and system-level design reviews. Partner with design, applications, and product engineering teams to deliver high-performance, customer-aligned power IC solutions. Assess and prioritize new business opportunities and NPIs by evaluating both technical feasibility and business potential. Conduct risk assessments for new product engagements from technical and commercial perspectives. Ensure validation coverage meets customer application requirements by working closely with application engineering teams. Provide detailed feedback from customer engagements to influence internal product definition and roadmap development. Represent AOS at key technical meetings, industry conferences, and customer workshops to promote AOS's leadership in AI datacenter power solutions. Qualifications and Experience Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on Power Electronics or related field preferred; Master's degree with equivalent experience will be considered. Minimum of 15 years of experience in power semiconductor design, applications, or product definition roles. Proven experience working with SoC or OEM customers on system-level power solutions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical and business trade-offs. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both technical and executive-level audiences. Ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization and influence decision-making across technical and business teams.
