The Director, Global & Strategic Accounts is a key driver of merchant success, responsible for managing named relationships, overseeing account strategy, and identifying opportunities for growth. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role ensures seamless onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing support while advocating for merchant needs and aligning them with PayPal’s strategic goals. Essential Responsibilities: Establish overall business or technical strategy with significant impact on PayPal operations. Influence decision-making at the executive level. Conduct discovery and develop strategies tailored to each organization. Negotiate and close customer contracts, determining pricing and agreements. Support account planning, business reviews, and strategic customer touchpoints. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Actual compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience. The total compensation for this practice may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
