We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused Office Manager to support the operations of our growing U.S. headquarters in Culver City. This role will be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring a seamless day-to-day experience for our team, creating an engaging and collaborative work environment, and supporting essential administrative, facilities, and cultural initiatives. As the primary point of contact for office operations, the Office Manager will oversee everything from vendor management and event coordination to executive support and workspace logistics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, loves building processes from the ground up, and enjoys wearing many hats to keep things running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

Office Operations & Facilities Management:

Oversee daily operations of the Culver City office including workspace setup, supplies, security, equipment, mail/deliveries, and vendor relationships. Team Experience & Culture:

Foster a welcoming, collaborative, and productive environment — planning team events, managing office communications, and supporting onboarding to create a great first impression for new hires. Executive & Administrative Support:

Provide light support to senior leadership and department heads as needed, including scheduling, travel logistics, and expense tracking. Workplace Systems & Processes:

Implement and maintain systems to improve office workflows, including space planning, meeting room coordination, and cross-functional communications. Health, Safety, and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, coordinate building access and emergency procedures, and act as the point person for onsite audits or inspections. Cross-Functional Coordination:

Partner with People Ops, IT, and other departments to support office-related initiatives, onboarding, and internal communications. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative operations, or workplace experience — ideally within a startup or fast-growing company. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a people-first mindset. Comfortable with G Suite, Slack, and other productivity tools; experience with vendor or facilities management software is a plus. Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate needs and create solutions before issues arise. Seniority level
