Overview Foreman – Lead the Build. Drive the Vision. Deliver the Future. Systems Innovation, part of the Entertainment Technology Partners (ETP) family, is seeking a Foreman with leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for field execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Foreman, you’ll play a critical role on the job site—leading field crews, optimizing project execution, and ensuring every installation meets high standards.
Field Leadership – Direct and motivate installation technicians to perform safe, efficient, and high-quality work.
Project Execution – Coordinate schedules, trades, tools, and deliveries to keep projects on track.
Crew Scheduling – Maintain and manage technician deployment using scheduling platforms and project forecasts.
Mentorship – Train and coach junior techs to build skills, confidence, and team capacity.
Stakeholder Communication – Collaborate with Project Managers and Field Services leadership to report progress, flag issues, and implement solutions.
Tools & Materials – Ensure job sites are equipped with the right gear, resources, and documentation.
Safety & Standards – Uphold safety procedures and ensure proper equipment usage across teams.
What We’re Looking For
Experience supervising AV or low-voltage installation crews in the field.
Familiarity with construction timelines, site safety, and cross-trade coordination.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead calmly in high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
A proactive mindset with a deep understanding of AV system components and layout planning.
