Responsibilities

Reporting & Analysis

Assist Finance Manager in producing monthly actual reporting and forecasts reporting for top management of the Group and Maisons (for USA and Canada)

Summarize relevant market updates and competitive performance (e.g. financial performance of public competitors, e-retail performance)

Manage ad-hoc requests from Finance Manager or other key stakeholders (internal COMEX, Paris team and or Maisons)

Support team with various month end tasks including, preparing journal entries or reconciliation

FP&A Data and Technology

Maintain current reporting and ensure accuracy of data across models

Support the implementation of reporting enhancements and roll out effort for new users

Develop and maintain files and analysis tools used by FP&A team

Pursue digital transformation of the FP&A Team via Anaplan & PowerBi

Strong PowerBi knowledge and capacity to create reporting & dashboards

Cross-Functional Partnership

Prepare MHUSA & MHNA reporting calendar and ensure global respect of deadlines

Communicate and interact with shareholder teams regarding reporting process

Assist with any multi-brand projects (e.g. data collection, insight summaries, knowledge share out, etc.)

Assist other ad hoc projects such as creating presentations or preparing analysis for internal meetings and stakeholders

Projects

Improve reporting & analytical landscape by integrating different sources and connecting tools and leveraging new platforms and technology

Propose enhancement in the dashboarding of financial data

Developmental

Develop Autonomy by taking the lead on recurring reporting to MHNA, MH & Maisons

Develop Analytical & Problem-Solving skills by adapting and developing templates to the specific needs & requirements

Develop Interpersonal and Teamwork skills through exposure within the Finance team and other department of the organization (commercial team, marketing team, Ops., HR,…)

The VIE may be required to perform other duties as assigned to meet the company’s needs.

Profile

Currently working towards a degree in Finance or Business

Strong organizational, analytical and quantitative skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI

Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced setting

Able to manage priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines

Enjoy working in a team environment

Anaplan knowledge is a plus
