About the Role We’re looking for a
Graphic Designer
who’s equal parts creative thinker and detail-oriented executor. You’ll work across digital and print media—designing everything from social content and email templates to digital ads, brochures, and presentation decks. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, digital, and strategy teams to bring campaign concepts to life with clean, compelling, and on-brand visuals. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who wants to grow with a boutique agency that works across multiple industries and brands.
What You’ll Do
Design for Impact:
Create engaging digital and print assets including ads, social content, email templates, landing pages, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Campaign Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to translate strategy into creative visuals that connect with each target audience.
Brand Storytelling:
Maintain consistency across multiple client brands while finding fresh ways to elevate each one’s identity.
Animation & Motion Graphics:
Develop light animation and motion elements for social, video, and web campaigns.
HTML5 & Digital Ads:
Design and prepare creative assets for display and HTML5 ad campaigns.
Template & Tool Design:
Create editable templates in Canva and other tools for internal and client use.
HubSpot & Email Support:
Design and format on-brand email campaigns and landing pages within HubSpot.
Production & File Management:
Prepare print-ready and web-optimized files, manage versioning, and maintain organized asset libraries.

Qualifications
3–5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, real estate, or lifestyle brand experience preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Experience with Canva, HubSpot, and HTML5.
Strong layout, typography, and brand development skills.
Experience with motion design and basic video editing.
Understanding of digital ad specs and responsive design principles.
Based in the Atlanta metro area (required) with the ability to work remotely.
Bonus Skills
Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design tools.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
Experience creating templates and assets for marketing automation platforms.
Basic understanding of real estate marketing and buyer behavior.
Salary & Benefits
Full-time role with salary range of $65,000–$75,000, based on experience, plus flexible benefits.
