Litigation Attorney (Associate) – Location: Walden, NY (Orange County) – Fully in Office Salary:
$150K - $200K + Bonus Note:

Annual Bonus Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of litigation from case intake through trial, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and negotiations Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, briefs, and memoranda Conduct legal research support case strategies Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to ongoing litigation Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials Manage and prioritize a dynamic caseload in collaboration with senior attorneys and support staff Maintain client communication and foster strong client relationships Skills & Experience
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school 5+ years’ experience of courtroom litigation experience in NY, with a focus on civil or commercial matters Proven ability to manage cases and casework from inception through resolution while meeting deadlines Trial or arbitration experience Seniority level
