What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own the strategy and long-term roadmap for new products and businesses, including monetization strategies
Drive execution of product strategies that deliver customer satisfaction and significant business value
Collaborate with customer-facing teams to close strategic accounts and maintain top customer relationships
Champion Samsara’s cultural principles while scaling globally and across new offices
Iterate and improve product solutions based on customer feedback and team communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
7-10+ years of experience in a product management role
Proven track record of delivering successful products that achieve measurable commercial outcomes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven conclusions and set quantifiable goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to various audiences
Experience thriving in selective, high-performance environments, such as elite companies or top schools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience leading mobile and SaaS products with consumer-friendly user experiences
Background in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or operations businesses
History of building and managing relationships with enterprise customers and partners
Commercial orientation with accountability for a revenue-generating product and P&L
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree(s) in technical or business disciplines
