Key Responsibilities Provide executive‑level administrative and operational support to the Managing Partner and Chief of Staff
Manage complex calendars, travel coordination, and meeting logistics
Prepare and organize investor decks, presentations, and materials
Oversee vendor coordination, document management, and tracking systems
Manage ad hoc projects, office logistics, and light personal support as needed
Anticipate needs and maintain momentum across priorities during busy deal cycles
Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison across internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years) supporting senior executives, ideally within real estate, private equity, or a fast‑paced investment environment
Exceptionally organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
Emotionally intelligent and composed under pressure—able to pivot quickly and manage competing demands
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tech‑savvy; adept with Google Suite, Excel, and presentation tools
Service‑minded, resourceful, and thrives in a small, entrepreneurial setting
Reliable and responsive, with flexibility for occasional early mornings or after‑hours needs
