A real estate investment firm in Beverly Hills is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide temporary support. This is an opportunity to join a small but fast-growing team in the early stages of building a high-impact platform. For the right candidate, there is long-term potential in a permanent support role.
Youll step in to support the Chief of Staff and Managing Partner during a pivotal time as the team navigates deal flow, investor relations, and internal operations. The role is equal parts administrative and operational, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks while the current Chief of Staff steps away temporarily.
Key Responsibilities Provide executive support to the Managing Partner and broader team Calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting prep Print, bind, and prepare investor decks and presentations Manage ad hoc projects, office logistics, and light personal tasks Support with vendor coordination, document organization, and tracking systems Serve as a general team resource, no task too big or too small
Qualifications A self-starter with a service-minded attitude Energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a startup environment Comfortable in fast-paced, high-stakes settings (especially during deal cycles) Approaches each day asking: What can I do to help? Experienced in executive or administrative support, ideally in real estate, investment, or similarly high-pressure environments Able to pivot quickly, solve problems in real time, and maintain a level head Emotionally intelligent, doesnt take things personally when pressure runs high Reliable and responsive, especially during early mornings or after-hours needs
Location: Beverly Hills, CA Schedule: 4 days/week in office, 5 preferred Compensation: $40$50/hour
