Human Resources Business Partner (Distribution Center) Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

to support our fast-paced

distribution center

operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, bringing strong generalist expertise and hands-on experience in

payroll preparation, employee relations, and HR operations .

What you will do:

Partner with DC leadership to support business objectives, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

Manage and process payroll activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy and applicable regulations.

Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for hourly and salaried employees.

Maintain HR metrics and reporting to track turnover, attendance, and headcount trends.

Support learning, development, and succession planning within the DC.

Serve as a liaison between corporate HR and local management to ensure consistent implementation of policies and programs.

What you will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

preferred .

5–7 years of HR experience, ideally in a

distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment .

Strong generalist background across payroll, employee relations, recruiting, and compliance.

Proven ability to build relationships with both hourly and management employees.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Location: Stamford, CT

Compensation: $180,000.00 - $220,000.00
