UCHealth Parkview Medical Center and the Parkview Vascular & Vein Center team in Pueblo, CO, are excited to welcome a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join us. We\'re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, committed to full-time work, and dedicated to providing excellent patient care. Position Details Include Collaborative team of APPs and Vascular Surgeons in a busy clinical and surgical practice in Pueblo, CO with strong support staff including Vascular Techs and MAs. Monday-Friday work schedule. 60% inpatient and 40% outpatient, and rotating. 10 days/month of call. EPIC EMR utilized system-wide. This position will be open for a minimum of 3 days and will remain open until the top candidate is identified. We are unable to support visa candidates for this position. Requirements For Physician Assistants Bachelor or Master\'s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Colorado. Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C) required for hire and must be maintained throughout employment. Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe medications. Eligible to provide reimbursable services and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid. Eligible to provide services with no sanctions or exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA List of Excluded. Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate practice privileges. Prescriptive authority as appropriate per medical staff privileging process. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Requirements For Nurse Practitioners Full or provisional prescriptive authority eligibility; must apply for prescriptive authority as a condition of employment. Master\'s degree in Nursing and graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. NP Certification (ANCC or AANPCB) required for hire and maintained throughout employment. Unrestricted NP license in the state of practice or compact privileges. Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate practice privileges. Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe medications. Eligible to provide reimbursable services and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid. Eligible to provide services with no sanctions or exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA List of Excluded. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Exceptional Benefits The pay range is $103,716 - $139,589 annually; pay dependent on experience. A potential quality/productivity bonus may be offered. Relocation bonus of up to $10,000, if eligible. Paid malpractice. CME of up to $3,500 and up to 5 days annually. 403(b) with employer matching; 457(b) option if eligible.
