Business Analyst
for a
Contract
with a client in
Plano, TX . Candidates must have extensive experience with eGRC platforms such as Archer or ServiceNow GRC. Rate Range:
$50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for eGRC platform configuration and development. Support implementation and enhancement of eGRC platforms such as Archer, ServiceNow GRC, or MetricStream. Conduct stakeholder workshops and gap analyses and develop process maps and data flow diagrams. Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-off. Ensure system solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with regulatory compliance and risk management goals. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within risk management or GRC domains. Strong hands-on experience with eGRC platforms such as RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC, or MetricStream.
