Summary QA and Compliance Analysts (QA&C) support quality assurance and ensure legal and regulatory compliance of Community, Communications, and Marketing (CCM) assets. Responsibilities include developing and upholding guidelines to guarantee assets meet benchmarks for functionality, accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency. Analysts perform technical assessments by testing links, confirming interactive components, and evaluating the quality of digital and printed materials before release. They work with SRP's internal legal counsel to facilitate compliance matters. What You'll Do

Review printed and digital assets (email campaigns, landing pages, web forms, etc.) across browsers and devices to ensure responsive design and optimal performance; test links, phone numbers, forms, videos, and interactive elements.

Identify errors in spelling, grammar, and factual accuracy; ensure alignment with brand standards and compliance requirements.

Ensure legal marks, disclosures, and variable information appear on CCM assets.

Conduct ongoing audits of digital content to verify functionality and compliance with brand standards.

Document findings and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop QA&C checklists and workflows.

Serve as liaison with internal legal counsel; stay informed of regulatory changes and communicate updates to management and support teams; act as a subject matter expert on QA and legal compliance across marketing channels.

Stay informed of AI advancements and explore potential applications in QA and compliance.

Train CCM staff on QA&C best practices.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What It Takes To Succeed

Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and understanding of brand guidelines

Experience with web QA tools and browser testing

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Experience developing brand or compliance guidelines and policies

Clear, concise writing and ability to maintain organized content

Strong process orientation and commitment to quality

Experience collaborating across diverse, cross-functional teams

Preferred: Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Adobe Workfront, Proof HQ, or BugHerd

Experience

Level 1 (Associate): up to 2 years related experience (if no degree, four-six years of relevant experience or equivalent)

Level 2 (Journey): 2–4 years related experience (if no degree, six-eight years of relevant experience or equivalent)

Level 3 (Senior): 5+ years related experience (if no degree, nine years of relevant experience or equivalent)

Education A bachelor’s degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred. Hybrid Workplace SRP offers a hybrid workplace; telework is available up to three days per week for roles that can be performed remotely. All employees must live and work in Arizona.
