Job Title: Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: New York City, (East Coast) or London.
Compensation: $300-325k + 50% bonus + LTIP

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, overseeing all aspects of global financial strategy, operations, and performance. This role is ideal for a finance leader with deep experience in digital advertising, video AdTech, and data-driven monetization models. The CFO will guide the company through its next phase of growth, driving profitability, operational excellence, and potential M&A or exit readiness. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with global expansion and profitability goals. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead forecasting, budgeting, and data modeling to inform strategic decisions and optimize investment returns. Revenue & Margin Optimization: Partner with GTM and product leaders to refine pricing, reduce CAC, and improve platform and campaign ROI. Global Financial Operations: Oversee accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance across multi-region operations (U.S., EMEA, APAC). Investor & Board Relations: Drive financial transparency through best-in-class reporting and serve as a key liaison with investors and private equity partners. M&A and Corporate Development: Lead acquisition evaluations, due diligence, and integration planning for strategic growth opportunities. Technology & Data-Driven Finance: Implement systems and automation to scale reporting, enhance analytics, and improve operational agility. Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing leadership to align financial strategies with commercial and technology goals. Qualifications
15+ years of progressive financial leadership, with significant experience in AdTech, video advertising, or programmatic media. Proven success leading finance teams in high-growth, data-driven, or private equity-backed environments. Deep understanding of digital advertising economics, including programmatic buying, CTV, and SaaS-based monetization. Experience with M&A, fundraising, or IPO preparation highly preferred. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
