Brand Manager

to lead the growth, positioning, and market presence of our OE Wheels replica brand and aftermarket wheel brands, 4PLAY® Wheels and DEFIANT® Wheels. This role requires a unique balance of strategic brand development, creative storytelling, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the automotive aftermarket, an eye for design and consumer trends, and the ability to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and sales. About You

You need little direction and can naturally apply structure and frameworks to accelerate results. You are entrepreneurial with a natural drive and desire to shape business strategy, direction and outcomes. What You’ll Do

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Develop and execute brand strategies that differentiate our replica and aftermarket wheels and reach unique target audiences and personas to drive measurable sales and margin growth. Refine brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions across B2C and B2B, and incorporate into marketing, sales communication and the website. Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and whitespace for brand growth. Conduct customer research (surveys, focus groups, wholesale feedback) to understand preferences, buying triggers, and brand perception. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for brand, ecommerce, and sales teams. Partner with the ecommerce manager to support new product introductions, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Content & Creative

Lead the development of all creative and content needed for marketing and sales (social media, website, product catalogs, videos, photography, trade shows, etc.).Manage photo and video shoots. Source and manage influencers to augment content for social media. Ensure all assets reflect the brand’s voice, style, and differentiation in the aftermarket wheels space. Drive storytelling that connects emotional appeal (vehicle styling, lifestyle) with technical fitment benefits (bolt-on, OEM compatibility, performance). Develop campaigns designed to reach specific buyer personas for individual brands. Marketing Execution & Performance

Manage brand presence across digital (website, Amazon, social, paid media) and retail/wholesale channels. Develop, implement and own a platform-specific strategy for organic and paid social media that supports full funnel marketing (brand building and sales conversions) to drive measurable sales growth. Track KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, sales performance, and ROI of campaigns and use performance metrics to drive decision making. Partner with the wholesale team to develop collateral, product catalogs, trade show presence and any other materials needed to support sales. Team Management

Lead, manage and coach one direct report and a small team of external contractors Collaborate cross-functionally at all levels of the organization What We are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5+ years of brand management, product marketing, or category management experience; automotive aftermarket industry experience strongly preferred. Proven success in building or managing consumer brands with measurable revenue growth and increased brand awareness and preference in target customer segments. Proven ability to manage the development of content (social media, website, product catalogs, videos, photography, trade shows, etc.), for multiple brands, including managing photo and video shoots and directing and managing multiple contractors. Proven success in executing a full funnel social media strategy. Strong understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce. Excellent project management skills—able to balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution. Advanced understanding of digital analytics (including GA4) and digital marketing technologies.
