Base pay range $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr
Responsibilities
Integration Strategy & Execution: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrations between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, finance, identity management), ensuring data flows are accurate, timely, and compliant
Security Oversight: Manage role-based access controls, data privacy configurations, and audit protocols to protect sensitive HR data and ensure compliance with global data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
Governance Framework Development: Establish and enforce governance standards for Oracle HCM usage, including change management, data stewardship, and system configuration protocols to ensure consistency and accountability
Risk Mitigation & Compliance: Proactively identify and address security vulnerabilities, integration failures, and compliance risks, reducing exposure and ensuring business continuity
Scalability & Future Readiness: Support the organization's growth by ensuring the HCM platform is scalable, well-integrated, and governed in a way that supports expansion into new markets and business units
Requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
