MRI Technologist role at RadNet. Join to apply for the MRI Technologist position. Responsibilities Perform high quality MRI exams on incoming patients. Assure patient safety by adhering to company policies and established protocols. Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner. Understand and use TR, TE, flip angle, slice thickness, acquisitions, field of view and other adjustments and factors on the equipment to produce high quality images. Guide patients through the exam process by clearly explaining steps and answering questions. Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients. Demonstrate competency in safeguarding patient property and Patient Health Information. Safeguard any on-site medications in accordance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements. Demonstrate respect for company property, including cash and patient financial information on-site or on patient portals. Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers and respond to the needs of others. Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions. Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting. Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships. You Are Genuinely passionate about patient care and able to exercise sound judgment while remaining professional in all situations. Able to communicate effectively, demonstrate interpersonal skills, and show respect with patients, guests, and colleagues. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work with a structured approach, and solve complex problems.
