We’re looking for an elite Enterprise Account Executive — a senior, consultative seller who can identify, pursue, and close complex enterprise opportunities where our solutions become the strategic differentiator. You will partner closely with leadership and solution experts to ensure client success and orchestrate wins that transform our clients’ AI roadmaps. This role demands grit, sophistication, and a proven ability to close seven- to eight-figure enterprise deals in competitive markets. What you’ll do in this role is to lead enterprise deals with accountability for strategy, multi-threaded engagement, and compelling business cases that hold up under board scrutiny. Responsibilities
Hunt & Win: Drive net-new enterprise logos and expand strategic accounts through consultative, multi-threaded selling. Build Board-Level Business Cases: Quantify impact in terms that resonate with executives across financial, operational, compliance, and strategic outcomes. Navigate Complexity: Engage across technical, business, and executive stakeholders to accelerate consensus and de-risk decisions. Orchestrate Resources: Lead cross-functional deal teams (executives, SMEs, product) to deliver credibility and scale. Run World-Class Process: Maintain precision in forecasting, pipeline discipline, and mutual action plans to keep momentum to close. Model Trusted Advisor Behavior: Bring insight, situational fluency, and a challenger mindset to every interaction. Win the Must-Win Deals: Represent Perle in enterprise-defining pursuits where quality, trust, and execution are paramount. Qualifications
7–10+ years of sales success, including 3+ in enterprise sales, with consistent quota overachievement in complex, consultative environments. Proven track record of closing six- to eight-figure deals in competitive markets. Ability to engage CIO, CTO, CDO, and business executives with confidence and credibility. Mastery of enterprise sales methodologies (Trusted Advisor, Challenger, Solution Selling, Strategic Selling). Business, technical, and financial fluency — able to translate AI/ML solutions into defensible ROI, risk reduction, and competitive advantage. Experience orchestrating complex sales cycles with legal, procurement, security, and compliance stakeholders. Hunger, drive, and resilience to win in a rocketship, founder-led culture.
