Senior Account Executive We are engaged by a rapidly scaling Insurtech SaaS company with recent funding, an exceptional board and management team, and a category defining product. The business sells to carriers, MGAs, brokers, and platform partners. Our client’s sales leader is proven and committed to building a high performing team. The brief is to hire a Senior Account Executive to own a territory, win new logos, and expand strategic accounts. What you will do

Own the full cycle from prospecting to close across an assigned territory and segment Run high quality discovery, deliver tailored demos, and build multi threaded executive relationships Navigate regulated sales with legal, security, and compliance while managing InfoSec and procurement confidently Orchestrate resources across solutions engineering, product, marketing, and customer success to compress time to value Negotiate commercial terms that protect unit economics and set up healthy long term accounts Forecast accurately, maintain CRM hygiene, and report on coverage, conversion, and risk Land and expand by establishing proof, then driving adoption, cross sell, and upsell programs What success looks like in the first year

Consistent quota attainment with a balanced mix of new logos and expansion A clean and inspectable pipeline with at least three times coverage and predictable conversion by stage Two or more referenceable flagship wins in your territory Clear expansion plans with named targets, champions, and timelines Trusted relationships with priority brokers, carriers, or platform partners in your patch What you bring

Five to ten years of SaaS new business sales with at least three years in insurance or adjacent regulated markets Proven record closing mid market and enterprise deals and working complex buying groups Strength in discovery, value selling, and business case development with comfort building ROI and TCO Ability to partner with product and customer success to translate customer pain into roadmap and measurable outcomes Clear and direct communication, strong writing, and disciplined follow up Builder mindset with a habit of improving the playbook while executing it Why this opportunity
