Senior Recruitment Consultant (C# / .Net)

About the Role We’re looking for a Senior or Lead Pre-Sales Engineer to play a key role in driving technical sales success across Germany and Northern Europe. You’ll act as the trusted technical advisor, leading solution discovery, shaping demonstrations, and aligning cutting-edge SaaS, AI, and CCaaS solutions to customer needs. You’ll collaborate closely with sales teams and partners, influencing major enterprise deals and contributing to product innovation. This position suits someone with strong technical credibility, commercial awareness, and a passion for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical discussions, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations.
Translate customer needs into tailored SaaS and AI-driven contact centre solutions.
Design and support Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate solution fit.
Collaborate with account teams to drive deal strategy and success.
Deliver presentations and demos to both business and technical audiences.
Respond to RFIs/RFPs and contribute to solution documentation.
Provide insights to product teams on feature development and improvements.
What You’ll Bring
Proven Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering experience in software or cloud environments.
Strong knowledge of CCaaS / Contact Centre technologies and AI integration.
Experience engaging at all levels, from C-suite to front-line operations.
Confident presenter with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
Fluent in English and German (additional languages a plus).
Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 70–75%).
