You will be joining as they continue to scale their EMEA operation following significant recent investment. You will be joining a business of over 1000 people, with an excellent working culture. Their FinTech solutions are primarily aimed at companies in Finance Technology and are mainly sold at an Enterprise level with high AOVs and longer sales cycles. Responsibilities In PreSales, you will be part of the EMEA PreSales team being built up to strengthen their capability to support ongoing sales opportunities. You will work alongside Account Executives to provide required software solutions expertise in all phases of the sales process, from first contact with a lead to conversion into an active customer. You will be an integral part of their sales processes, supporting the Sales Team with expertise in a highly customer-facing role. The geographical scope is the EMEA region, with a focus on the UK and mainland Europe, in a highly international environment. You will need 6+ years of PreSales experience and ideally experience with Enterprise FinTech SaaS solutions. Role and Responsibilities Lead engagements with new opportunities, identifying and articulating customer challenges and opportunities and mapping their solutions and services to create clear, differentiated value propositions Support sales opportunities from qualification to closure by joining sales meetings, presenting our solutions and services, and managing demos and workshops with relevant experts Support sales team in internal opportunity/account reviews Act as the interface between Clients, Sales and Product with responsibility to interpret, articulate, organise and prioritise market requirements Respond to functional and technical sections in RFIs and RFPs Experience Required Wealth of customer-facing experience Experience in a PreSales capacity with Enterprise FinTech SaaS solutions Product implementations with responsibilities including product demonstrations and product training Proven ability to manage the bid process for RFIs/RFPs Strong ability to understand product suites and articulate business values and value drivers relevant to the client’s circumstances Proven ability to juggle multiple ongoing sales opportunities, varying in complexity, size and timescales, and to work effectively in cross-functional teams Experience contributing to presales documentation and processes Business fluency in German and English Preferred: Good understanding of Banking & Finance industry Seniority level
