Proven experience in customer success or account management roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset Familiarity with SaaS products and treasury management concepts Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
