Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on customer renewals and driving growth Develop and implement effective customer success strategies to enhance client value Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer alignment with their objectives Collaborate with internal teams to create growth and risk mitigation strategies Serve as the primary contact for customer escalations and support What is Required (Qualifications)
8+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success within SaaS Proven history of success in quota-carrying roles and meeting key performance indicators Experience with deal negotiation cycles and a track record of successful outcomes BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience Strong written and verbal communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
