Overview
A leading private equity firm is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Head of Business Development. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic, fast-paced team focused on investor relations, fundraising, and strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of administrative experience within private equity, investment management, or financial services, with a strong understanding of how to operate in a high-touch, confidential, and deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Business Development, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning Prepare and organize materials for investor meetings, roadshows, and business development activities Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics and follow-ups are handled with precision Track and manage communications, priorities, and deadlines across multiple ongoing initiatives Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and client deliverables in collaboration with the Investor Relations and Marketing teams Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accuracy of investor data and activity tracking Serve as a liaison between the Head of Business Development and internal stakeholders, portfolio companies, and external partners Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and proactively support the efficiency of the Business Development function Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Professional within private equity, investment management, or financial services Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication abilities; comfortable interfacing with senior executives and investors High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, DealCloud) a plus Proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through Benefits
